Counselling in Guildford, Surrey & Online for bereavement, grief, anxiety and emotional wellbeing.
A calm, supportive space to talk through what feels overwhelming.
I offer a warm, relational counselling space where you can explore what feels difficult at your own pace, without pressure or judgement. My aim is to help you feel heard, understood, and supported as you navigate what is happening in your life.
You might be looking for support if:
You feel overwhelmed, anxious or stuck in patterns that are hard to shift. You are struggling with grief or loss. Relationships feel difficult or draining. You are experiencing low self-worth. You feel disconnected from yourself or others. You're finding it hard to cope day to day.
How therapy works with me
Our work together is a collaborative process. Rather than following a fixed structure, we work with what feels most present for you each week.
This might involve exploring thoughts and feelings, making sense of patterns in relationships, or sitting with difficult emotions in a supported way.
Over time, this process can help you understand yourself more deeply and find ways of coping that feel more manageable.
You do not need to have everything figured out before starting. We go at your pace, focusing on what feels most important for you.
Specialist experience in grief and bereavement
I have specialist experience supporting people through grief, bereavement and palliative care. This includes support with:
Recent or historic bereavement and loss
Anticipatory grief
Caregiver stress and burnout
The emotional impact of illness, loss, and change
If you are grieving, it can feel unpredictable, isolating, and unlike anything you’ve experienced before. There is no right or wrong way to experience it, and counselling can provide a steady space to process what you are going through.
